I posted my solution in case someone workinb had the same situation. I have windows 10 for a long while and my camera was camear fine until now I tried the powershell instructions u gave and reinstalled the camera app but still nothing I get a message of something went wrong, I also tried troubleshooting frer but no luck and camera is not being used in another app either and the storage system setting was no help because it only says to xamera to this pc no other options.
